Event Management

Hayden Golf Consulting provides a single-vendor solution to facilitate and manage all the necessary arrangements associated with your golf event.  Our services are designed to manage the pre-event marketing, administration and logistical tasks that are traditionally managed by the Client.  While we eliminate these time consuming tasks, your responsibilities become more simplified - allowing our clients to strictly focus on promoting the golf event – along with concentrating on other existing business matters associated with day-to-day operations.

We understand that our clients have different needs and expectations of the services we provide. Our customized event plan outlines all the logistics associated with the event along with the tasks and action items that must evolve before and on event day.  Also included within the plan, is access to the registration database and pairings document with all the details and demographics on each of your players and/or sponsors. Our unique event websites that we create for your event and manage provides a very effective means to simplify and streamline all the administration and logistical aspects associated with your golf event.

At Hayden Golf Consulting we focus our efforts on three key areas as part of our overall business strategy within the golf leisure industry. Our primary role and expertise lies in the organisation of corporate golf events on behalf of clients. We also devise and co-ordinate golf classics, either for designated causes such as local charities or independently. The third strand focuses on tailor-made tours for smaller golf groups wishing to travel and experience new venues.
